主题: 求解决-发送邮件被退回

各位大神，谁能帮我看下，这是怎么回事，发送这个地址会被退回，退回信息如下：

这个地址被对方使用的 barracudanetworks.com 的某种服务（DNSBL？）给列入黑名单了。得去解封。

单独的发给vargo.com.cn这个域名下邮箱都不可以，都被退回来了，发QQ 163邮箱都是可以正常发送和接受邮件的，请大神帮忙！谢谢！
