tmp_epel 是个临时的 yum 仓库，将会在安装 iRedMail 的过程中被 EPEL 官方仓库的配置给覆盖/替换掉。它访问的地址是：

mirrorlist=https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=epel-6&arch=$basearch

你的服务器能访问这个地址么？

找到解决方法了,将https改为http就行了
