主题: 安装中的几个error

安装过程中有几个问题,希望能得到各位的解答:

1)  cd /home/iRedMail-0.4.0/pkgs/misc:  No such file or directory
    tar:  roundcubemail-0.2-stable.tar.gz Cannot open: No such file or directory
    tar:  Error is not recoverable:  exiting now
    tar   Child returned status 2
    tar   Error exit delayed from previous errors

2)  /usr/bin/mysqladmin: connect to server at 'localhost' failed
    error:  "Access denied for user 'root@localhost'(using password: NO)"
    Initialize MySQL database
    ERROR 1008 (HY000) at line 3 in file: '/home/luzheng/soft/iRedMail-0.4.0/conf/mysql_init.sql': Can't    drop database 'test'; database doesn't exist

3)   Initialize MySQL database for policyd. 
     ERROR 1007 (HY000) at line 1 in file: '/usr/share/doc/policyd-1.82/DATABASE.mysql': Can't create database 'policyd'; database exists

    [*]楼主是不是没有执行 get_all.sh 脚本去下载必须的软件包？

对不起,刚刚去吃饭了,没及时看到你的回复.

我是重复安装的.
执行了一些删除的命令,如下:
rpm -e amavisd-new-2.6.2-2.ired.i386.rpm
drop database policyd;
drop database roundcubemail;
rm -rf /home/vmail
rm -rf /etc/amavisd.conf
rm -rf  iRedMail-0.4.0
sh get_all.sh 安装的.
sh iRedMail.sh
在安装过程中发现的.

我的体验，也许笨，但是有效，那就是，试验时候不用这么较真，真做的话，就每次都 干干净净的重新做，我觉得虽然方法土，但是还算很顺利

不要重复安装，重复安装引起的问题比较怪异，不好调试和排错。

测试的话就用干净的系统来安装。

重新安装了一台机器
安装过程中虽然有些ERROR,启动过程总算顺利.

新问题:
        现在对iredmail的管理  只能用ldapadmin来做吗?
                apache php mysql都是用tar包自己定制安装的,这些对iredmail的安装过程有影响吗?
                我的机器已经在线使用了,我担心安装过程出现问题,导致无法安装.

你是使用 MySQL 还是 OpenLDAP 来存储虚拟用户？
如果是 MySQL，可以用 PostfixAdmin + phpMyAdmin。
如果是 OpenLDAP，则只能用 phpLDAPadmin，以及 iRedMail 提供的工具脚本。

有影响。但是论坛里有帖子教你如何在已经安装了 AMP 的情况下安装 iRedMail，搜索一下吧

        configure: error: dovecot-config not found
     已经指定  configure --with-dovecot=/etc/dovecot.conf


    3)批量建立用户后,密码呢?需要登陆到ldapadmin上逐个进行修改?

看具体的日志信息才能分析：/var/log/maillog.

2)configure  dovecot-1.2-managesieve-0.11.4错误:
        configure: error: dovecot-config not found
     已经指定  configure --with-dovecot=/etc/dovecot.conf


Sorry，不负责解决自行编译软件导致的问题。而且不负责处理 dovecot-1.2 的问题。

默认情况下，密码和用户名是一样的。

关于过滤器的问题:

所有用户登陆都无法使用, 提示:"无法连接到managesieve服务器"

版本:iRedMail-0.4.0
使用 openldap

检查misc下没有managesieve的包,rpms下也没有
也没有这个服务启动.

感觉过滤器非常的实用,所以敬候你的答复
你提到的maillog,在执行过滤器的操作的时候,没有日志输入.

14 楼里已经解释过了，不负责解答自行编译软件导致的问题。

你的 dovecot 不是由 iredmail 提供的。

我的dovecot 是由iredmail提供的
在rpms目录下
dovecot-1.1.11-0_90.el5.i386.rpm 
dovecot-sieve-1.1.6-9.el5.i386.rpm

我只安装了一个干净的系统,除了iredmail,我并没有安装任何别的软件或数据包.
因为检查我的机器里没有安装managesieve服务.所以才考虑自行安装的.
