对方认为你的邮件服务器信誉（reputation）不好。可能你的邮件服务器的 IP 地址曾被用来广泛发送垃圾邮件，导致被许多大型的公共 RBL 服务将它列入黑名单了。

对方已经给出了建议，让你以其它途径联系收件人取消这个限制。

这样的错误不是 iRedMail 的问题，更确切的说，不是你的服务器上的技术性问题。而是对方采取的反垃圾措施。只能通过和对方沟通，看看他们采用哪种反垃圾措施导致你的服务器被拒，然后可能需要联系最终的服务提供方（例如 RBL 服务提供商）来取消对你的限制。

谢谢张工，这几天，排查出来，也怀疑为ip问题，谢谢解答，准备更换ip在进行试试
