IP被列入blacklist，自己去申诉吧，再查查你的邮件帐户有无弱口令，看看你的mail.log，查一查肉网客户端是不是在拼命的放垃圾邮件出去，在防火墙做一条规则,permit mail server  deny any to any smtp port，
