把该 ip 设置为白名单是不是就能避免这种情况再次发生？

iRedMail 会自动将某IP设为黑名单吗？
今天我使用JavaMail 进行邮件收发测试后发现该台机器连不上 iRedMail 了，网络是正常的，可以访问google等外网，但是访问iRedMail web mail 时一直提示超时。
用手机以及其他机器都能正常使用iRedMail。

设为黑名单之后怎么解决？帮忙给个文档或者说明一下，谢谢。

可以发邮件，收不到外网邮件，外网邮箱也没有退信。日志也没有显示错误。
