查下bind_dn 和bind password 一iRedmail.tips的mail admin是一致的

对于邮箱空间问题，我也有十分的困扰。有部份邮箱帐号 不能重置容量。
某帐号 忽然不能登webmail，提示登录失败。
重置密码，重建也不能解决。
检查mysql 在数据库中roundcubemail中的表users
发现此帐号在4.29日曾经用大写进行登录的记录。
大写帐号是不能登录的。
删除掉users表中的大写帐号 登录记录。
此帐号恢复正常登录。
只是个别用户会这样。
比如有个客户用QQ的pop3收我司的邮件这个帐号也会出现这种情况。
我需要如何监控才能找到根本原因?
我这样升级会漏了什么吗？
现在还是会出现个别帐号 无法重计容量和数量的问题。
